They included a firepit in it for us that we can remove if needed. They came and patched a spot that sank in. They told us they would not be done until we are happy and we appreciate that. Concrete By Design put an artificial aggregate on our porch and patio. They put a two layers of a rubber like coating to prep the areas, sprinkled the aggregate on the wet surface and then sealed the aggregate in using a third coating. The process filled in a couple of cracks and it looks great. We are very happy with the end product.
